1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ludo Game ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ludo Game is a free-to-play multiplayer board game available on iOS and Android. The App includes offline play against AI, online multiplayer, tournaments, and social features.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google or Facebook authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must not create multiple accounts to abuse game features or tournaments.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

4. In-Game Currency

Coins are the virtual currency earned through gameplay and watching rewarded ads.
Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Coins are used for tournament entry fees and in-game rewards.
We reserve the right to modify coin values, rewards, and tournament structures.

5. Code of Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language in chat or display names
Exploit bugs, use cheats, or manipulate game mechanics
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
Attempt to access other players' accounts or data
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the game

6. Content Moderation

Chat messages are filtered for inappropriate content. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to receiving ads. You can earn in-game coins by watching optional rewarded advertisements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, UI design, code, and game mechanics, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ludo is a traditional board game in the public domain; our specific implementation and visual design are proprietary.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or availability of online features at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of in-game progress or virtual currency.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
